Freight Deliveries:
Large or heavy equipment (e.g. mowers) ships via freight carrier. A forklift may be required for unloading. Please ensure someone is available to receive your shipment.
Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the damage
Mark the delivery slip as “damaged”
