Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times:

Standard shipping times vary by location:

  • Continental U.S.: 5–10 business days

  • Remote/rural areas: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on most products within the contiguous United States. Additional fees may apply for:

  • Liftgate services

  • Residential deliveries

  • Remote access areas

Freight Deliveries:

Large or heavy equipment (e.g. mowers) ships via freight carrier. A forklift may be required for unloading. Please ensure someone is available to receive your shipment.

Damaged Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damage

  • Mark the delivery slip as “damaged”

  • Contact us within 48 hours at Contact@cadetmower.com


Tracking Your Order:
